Behavior Consultation
Behavior Management Assistant
Oak and Cedar provides Behavior Consultation for Community Care Facilities in need of meeting required hours per Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations. OAC’s Behavior Management Assistant is able to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, created Behavior Support Plans, assign data collection methods, and train staff on how to provide interventions strategies to address you residents behavioral needs. Number of hours required vary by care home level. OAC’s Behavior Management is supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst per Title 17 regulations.
Vendor Consultation
Starting a Program
Oak and Cedar provides Vendor Consultation for individuals or parties wanting to start a day program of their own. Consultation Services include brainstorming session to identify program type, assistance with communicating with the Regional Center, budget, creation of Request For Proposal, and Program Design (document). OAC’s team has extensive knowledge of the Regional Center system as well as experience working from the vendor’s perspective.
