Charles continues to be a strong advocate for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities, a role he has held for over 10 years. Starting in the classroom as a Behavior Aide, he has held many positions throughout his journey, including a time spent as a Behavior Specialist, Regional Center Service Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Director for an Adult Day Program. From his experiences, Charles has created a Day Program rooted in Evidence Based Practices and the belief that services provided should be driven by Person Centered Thinking.
